How Tuul and Pilveke were born
When I was still a little girl, my playmates were not quite ordinary. Some children had friends from the neighbouring street, some had pets, but my friends were Tuul and Pilveke.
Tuul loved to run across the meadow, tangle her hair, and hide light papers, only to bring them back from afar. When I played outside, Tuul was always there, inviting me to discover new paths and dream big.
Pilveke was quite different. She floated peacefully in the sky and looked at the world from above. Pilveke could transform into a dragon, a rabbit, a castle, or a ship – exactly what I wanted to see in my imagination at that moment. While Tuul taught me to move, Pilveke taught me to dream.
Years went by. I grew up, but I never forgot my two special friends. Although I no longer ran barefoot around the yard or looked for shapes in the clouds every day, Tuul's adventurous spirit and Pilveke's creativity remained in my heart.
One day, when the time came to create something truly my own, I remembered my childhood friends. I thought about how much they had taught me – the courage to move forward, the curiosity to discover new things, and the ability to see the world from a slightly different angle.
So I decided to name my company Tuul and Pilveke.
This name was born from a childhood where imagination had wings, the wind had character, and the clouds had stories to tell.
And perhaps Tuul and Pilveke still exist. They simply live on in everything I create.
