Contact UsIntrotuction to Elise
I am Elise — the person behind Tuul and Pilveke. Movement and dance have been in my heart for years. I help the little ones discover the joy of movement, rhythm, and self-expression through dance. Additionally, I have a great passion for Latin American rhythms, where energy, good mood, and active movement come together. Stretching exercises are also important to me, as they help improve flexibility, posture, and overall well-being. My goal is to inspire both children and adults to move with joy and confidence, and to create a positive and supportive atmosphere in training.
Experience and skills
My background includes extensive experience in guiding movement for children and adults. I have furthered my education through numerous training sessions and obtained several certificates to ensure that the classes are safe, well-considered, and enjoyable.

Certificates
I consider continuous self-development important and have obtained the following certificates:
- Zumba instructor certificate
- Circl Mobility certificate
- "Hidden in the Game" - movement games in five areas of new movement education
- Basics of psychology
- Emergency training
How I approach things
It is important that movement is not a duty, but a joy. For this reason, I keep four things in mind in every lesson:
Joy of movement above all
No pressure or competition — I focus on making sure everyone wants to come back next time.
Every person is different
Adjust the session tempo and exercises according to the group and age, so that no one is left in the shadows or feels left out.
Play is the best teacher
In the case of children, development lies in play — coordination, courage, and friendship come alongside fun, almost as if by themselves.
Supportive atmosphere
I judge, I notice and I acknowledge. In my class, it is allowed to try, to make mistakes, and to try again.
